General Hire Information for a 5 hour period whether day time or evening.

For 5 hours hire (together with the bar):
- The Cavendish Room (maximum seating 70/80): £140.00 (this includes tables, chairs and table linen).
- The Cavendish Suite (maximum seating 150): £200.00 (this includes tables, chairs and table linen).
The seating numbers above include space for a dance floor, DJ, buffet, cake & present table.
Every additional hour is £25 for the Cavendish and £50 for the Cavendish Suite.
The patio & patio doors will close at 10pm due to noise pollution and in respect/agreement with our residential neighbours. Music will stop at Midnight.
- Mid-afternoon to midnight (wedding breakfast and reception), the room hire will be £260.00 (this includes tables, chairs and table linen).
- If you are looking to host just the evening reception with us the prices above under the 5 hour hire prices above will apply.
- We host children’s parties up to and including 10 years old. Prices start from £50 for a 2 hour slot but please ask if longer is required – all parties must have entertainment, a maximum of 50 children allowed and adults must be present at all times.
- NB: We no longer take bookings for teenage parties, 18th and 21st birthdays
- We offer funeral bookings mid-week across three difference spaces for 5 hours at a flat rate of £60.
- Cavendish Room – up to 90 seated
- Cavendish Suite – up to 160 seated
- Sports Bar only available 08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday – up to 40 seated
- The hire includes your tables, chairs, table linen and full bar service
- Our caterers, F.Q.S. Hospitality provide all catering on site. We have buffet menus available here. Our caterers welcome liaising directly and will work with you to tailor the menus to your requirements.
- We can provide a self serve tea and coffee station at 50p per person
- Complimentary use of TV facility to play a slide show of pictures – please bring a USB stick with jpeg photos
- Complimentary use of music sound system – please bring a media player (iPod/iPad/phone etc.) with music on.
To secure your booking you need to pay the non-refundable room hire and return the booking form, we accept cash, cheque or card payments debit & credit cards. We do not normally hire without catering. The booking is no confirmed unless we have both the booking form and room hire fee.
We are very proud to be able to offer full table & chair service, which is now exclusive to Monton Sports Club – we pride ourselves with affordable prices, centre pieces start from £2, seat covers are £1.50 per chair with a choice of bow/tie 50p per chair.

NB Table confetti or party poppers are not allowed as they can cause damage to our glass washer & vacuum cleaner.

F.Q.S. Hospitality are our Catering Partners, they prepare and serve all food provided onsite, please click to view their buffet and formal menus. As per the Committee’s rules ‘own catering or other outside Caterers are not permitted’
